How will I receive my patterns?
All patterns are instant digital downloads - no physical item is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll get an email with a download link, and you can also download your files anytime from your Shopify account under Order History.
I’m on a Mac and can’t open my ZIP file - what do I do?
On a Mac, double-click the ZIP file and it should unzip automatically into a folder with your PDFs inside. If you see an error that the file is “not found” or empty, try downloading it again using Safari or Chrome directly rather than opening it from a notification or preview pane, as this can sometimes interrupt the download.
I’m on Windows - how do I open my files?
Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and choose “Extract All,” then open the extracted folder to find your PDF pattern files.
I never received my download or the link isn’t working - what now?
Email us at thequiltingmary@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend your files within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Since these are instant digital downloads, we aren’t able to offer refunds once a file has been delivered. If a file is missing, corrupted, or won’t open, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I resell or share the patterns I purchase?
These patterns are for personal use only. You may sell finished quilts made from them, but the pattern files themselves may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
