By purchasing from The Quilting Mary, you agree to the following terms.

All products sold are digital foundation paper piecing (FPP) sewing pattern files (PDF), delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

License and use: Patterns are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or repost the pattern files themselves, in whole or in part, in any format. You are welcome to sell finished handmade items made using these patterns on a small commercial scale, provided you credit the design to "The Quilting Mary." Mass production or use of these patterns for commercial pattern-making is not permitted without prior written consent.

Pricing and payment: All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase.

Digital delivery: Access to your purchased pattern(s) is provided instantly after payment is confirmed, via email and/or a download link. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and to save your files after downloading.

Refunds: Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details — as digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final except in cases of a genuine technical fault.

Intellectual property: All pattern designs, artwork, and written content are the copyrighted property of The Quilting Mary. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: Patterns are provided as-is. We are not responsible for outcomes related to individual sewing skill, fabric choice, or printer settings.

Changes to these terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
