I haven't yet actually used the pattern, and will update my rating if use changes it. But the 5 star off the bat is because of the incredible instructions included in the pattern. They even go so far as to have a color layout, and to then incorporate the color elements in the pattern piecing units. That should make it so much easier to keep track of what bit of fabric you've cut lays down next. I'm not a highly experience FPP user, so the instructions will help me greatly. The digital pattern was transmitted immediately upon payment. I've not had occasion to use customer service, but rated it high regardless.
Purchased the cats downloadable Foundation Paper Piecing Pattern. It was a good quality with excellent and easy to understand instructions.
Mary was very responsive. Thank you! I can't wait to make these.
